Refund policy

🔄 1. RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

We offer a 7-Day Replacement Policy from the date of delivery (under specific conditions).

✅ 1.1 Eligible for Replacement If:

  • Product received damaged
  • Product is defective / not working
  • You received the wrong product
  • Request raised within 7 days of delivery

📌 1.2 Mandatory Conditions:

  • Product must be unused
  • Must be returned in original packaging
  • All accessories & manuals included
  • Unboxing video is mandatory (for damage/wrong item claims)
  • No misuse, improper handling, or accidental damage

⚠ We reserve the right to reject requests that do not meet these conditions.

❌ 1.3 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Items without original packaging
  • Minor cosmetic variations
  • Clearance / sale items marked non-returnable

💰 2. REFUND POLICY

✅ 2.1 Refunds Are Issued If:

  • Replacement product unavailable
  • Order cancelled before shipping
  • Order cancelled due to stock issues
  • Product returned & approved after inspection

❌ Refunds NOT Applicable For:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Courier delays

🔁 2.2 Refund Process:

  • Inspection completed after return
  • Refund processed within 5–7 business days
  • Credited to original payment method

For COD Orders:

  • Refund via bank transfer
  • Customer must provide correct bank details
  • Bank/payment delays are not our responsibility

❌ 3. CANCELLATION POLICY

🕒 3.1 Customer Cancellation:

  • Within 12 hours of order placement, OR
  • Before order is shipped (whichever is earlier)
  • 🚫 Once shipped, cancellation not allowed.

🏢 3.2 Company Cancellation (Possible If):

  • Product out of stock
  • Pricing/technical error
  • Payment failure
  • Fraud suspicion
  • Incorrect shipping details

✔ Full refund will be processed in such cases.


📦 4. SHIPPING DAMAGES

If package appears damaged:

  • Do not accept (if possible)
  • Record unboxing video
  • Contact within 24 hours

Failure to provide proof may result in claim rejection.


🛡 5. WARRANTY (If Applicable)

Warranty details (if any) will be mentioned on product page.

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Water damage
  • Electrical damage (wrong voltage)
  • Normal wear & tear

🚚 6. RETURN SHIPPING

If replacement approved:

  • Reverse pickup may be arranged, OR
  • Customer may self-ship

Shipping cost coverage depends on the case.


🔍 7. INSPECTION PROCESS

All returns undergo quality inspection.

Replacement/refund may be rejected if:

  • Product used
  • Customer-caused damage
  • Missing components

⚖ 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability is limited to product purchase value only.

We are not responsible for:

  • Indirect losses
  • Consequential damages
  • Injury due to improper usage
